1.These terms apply when you buy a licence from us ‘FM Project Consultants’ to take the online asbestos awareness course (Course).

2.The term ‘Online’ refers to our Asbestos Awareness course provided by our E-Learning system

3.You are responsible for determining whether the Course is suitable for your requirements. This asbestos awareness course has been and is delivered in line with all relevant regulations

4.The Asbestos Awareness course certificate obtained will be valid for one year from the day of completion and this will be reflected on the certificate expiry date

5.If you successfully complete the Course you will be awarded an Asbestos Awareness E Learning Certificate

6.You will have the option to retake the Course when your Certificate has expired. If your certificate has expired, payment will be required for you to retake the course.

7.If we receive payment for the Course from you during our office hours we will [immediately] email your login details to you. If we receive payment outside our office hours we will [immediately] email your login details to you when our office re-opens.

8.Our office hours are 9.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, closed Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays

9.The system will be available 24 hour per day 365 days per week with the exception of advertised system maintenance or failures which are out-side of our control.

10.We will not refund payment for the Course after you have logged in to it.

11.All training material will be in accordance with and comply with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 or the latest Regulations introduced. All material for the asbestos awareness course will be correct at the time of publishing and will be updated accordingly as and when the legislation and guidance change.

12.We will hold personal information / data which you have given us about yourself. We will not pass such information on to any other party.

13.If you complete the Course successfully we will normally issue your Certificate to you via email. However, if a third party has paid for the Course, and has asked us to send the Certificate to them by email, we will do as they have asked.

14.Each Certificate will be marked with a unique reference number for verification purposes.

15.We will provide you with a copy Certificate if you ask us for one. We will however charge you an administration fee for this.

16.You can take the Course at any time after you have paid for it. However, we advise you to take it as soon as possible after you have received your login.

17.We make every effort to ensure that the Course will function on any smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. However, you may experience difficulties in taking it if your web browser has not been updated.

18.You can check the status of your web browser, and find out whether you should update it, by visiting http://www.whatbrowser.org.

19.We recommend that you do not take the Course on a device with a screen size of less than 7″ and that when you take the course that you do so in a suitable environment, in which you are comfortable and free from distraction.
